
So here is my monthly menu that I use for our home. Every 24 days I prepare a new menu and just replace the dates and meals to fit our needs. I usually just change up the dinners and keep the breakfasts and lunches the same. This month I've prepared almost every meal in advance save for the burgers, and shrimp. Last night I pulled out the pre-made meatloaf mixture from the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw. At around 4:00 I'll stick it into the pan and pop it in the oven. I'll steam some mixed veggies and cook up some potatoes. How easy is that?!
Tonight I'll take the chicken I cooked out of the freezer, stick it in the fridge to thaw, and heat it up in a skillet tomorrow. I'll cook some pasta and mix broccoli and parmesan into it and voila! It'll probably take me about 20 min. tops!

Remind me what frogs in a hole are....did we have those as kids? Was it a Dad specialty?
Yep, Dad made them. An over-easy egg, set inside of a piece of toast that had the center punched out of it with a glass. Don't you remember these? They were one of my favorite breakfasts!
